GBReturn Issues I order 2 products, both showed correct on my order form but I received the wrong item when it came. I have been unable to contact anyone to return the incorrect product for the correct one since.

GBI placed a small order like always with… I placed a small order like always with new suppliers and glad that I did. The money was taken off my card and I recieved an email saying thank you for your order. Within a minute I recieved another email saying order status has changed and my order was declined or unauthorized. Well if thats the case then wheres my money cause you sure didnt put it back on my card. Not a good first impression at all!

GBMy package arrived later than I it … My package arrived later than I it would. It took 3 business days to ship out and 3 days to ship. If I knew it was going to take a week to receive, I would have selected another shipping option or purchased the item somewhere else.

GBTom Lawrence says some strange things… Tom Lawrence says some strange things on the radio. He has one location but continues to talk about his store as if he has multiple locations. Why lie Tom? I do believe in natural health but go to someone else. I wouldnt trust him. He sounds like a, lets say, weirdo from his radio show. He makes me laugh. Part and parcel.

GBWorst customer service ever!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! Will not recommend it to anyone and will write a horrible review on Yelp. No one has answered my recent email. I’m disgusted. I was a Regional Sales Director for a major company and this is not what sales/customer service exemplifies. An absolutely horrible experience. I’m sure no one wat your company will respond to me, which speaks volumes.
