GBThis is a TAIWANESE based SCAM company… How sad that Amaryllo has ignored 3 of my emails this week and yet found the time to post repeated lies here! Hah! You just proved my case! 1) I sent multiple error screen shots of your Taiwanese online payment system which failed repeatedly and we tried 3 different credit cards! All of whom (our US issuing credit card banks) stated that there was absolutely nothing wrong on our end! Your system did not properly support US customers period! 2) You forced us to send this camera to Taiwan - then when Covid19 hit, we informed you that we would circle back because we were located in Californa and dealing with pandemic urgencies. Your staff emailed “We will await your reply.” Then when we did reply to get the damn payment to go through again with your f*cked up Taiwanese payment system to get our camera back, your staff had the nerve to tell us that you “scrapped it”!!!! Are you people insane? If not, then you’re clearly crooks!!!! 3) Your cameras are horrible and the worst part is that YOU KNOW IT!! AND, since you provide ZERO customer support or repairs in the US, your hope was that no US customers would bother shipping your crappy broke. down cameras all the way to TAIWAN!!! We barely used your camera before it completely broke down!!!! 4) Your products were kicked off the Sharper Image websites and you are now trying to sell your crappy cameras on Best Buy and Staples website! WARNING TO ALL US CUSTOMERS!!! DO NOT BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT FROM THIS TAIWANESE COMPANY!!!! 5) I am still demanding my repaired camera back or a new camera back NOW!!! You will NOT get away with trying to scam me! I will make it my personal goal to inform anyone and everyone about how you stole hundreds from me & how unethical, irresponsible, horrible, negligent, and illegal your operation is!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! ^^^UPDATED RESPONSE^^^ This is a TAIWANESE based SCAM company who forced us to send our broken security camera from Irvine, CA all the way to their Taiwan location (when they claimed they have an Irvine, CA location) and they never fixed or returned our camera after numerous emails and after we had to pay for the shipping costs. Their products are total crap!!! DO NOT TRUST OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! Do yourself a favor and buy American made or RING or NEST cameras!!

You've done no troubleshooting on your end and upfront told me that if I do ask for warranty I will be charged because of "No trouble found". I am not going to get scammed like previous customers by just relinquishing the camera and being blackmailed later to pay more money to get it back. I will hand over the camera only to Amaryllo authorized personnel who can certify the camera is being returned free of any user caused defects. And, we have been waiting for the pick-up for a while before the warranty expires. FYI. According to you, just because you are not able to duplicate the issues that I am reporting, it turns out that I am making them up and they are not true. From this it can be concluded that your cameras are always 100% perfect and the issues that I've listed are absolutely not possible to be occurring, ever. And, I am pretty sure you're not fazed at all at how ludicrous this sounds... 2. Did I also photoshop the "wrong QR code" app screenshot that I've emailed you? I am providing you a proof that the camera's QR code is unreadable by the app yet you are telling me I need to pay to have this inspected. 3. In order to get my camera back, regardless of the outcome of your inspection, I am expected to pay return shipping. This means that you are not providing warranty but blackmailing paying customers. 4. You are "multinational company founded in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with headquarters in Irvine, California, USA and operations in Taiwan, ranked as the number-one smart home camera robot company offering military grade encryption." And...you have only one center in Taiwan to have a camera inspected at. If your cameras and warranty were not a parody, this is probably the best joke I've heard so far. 5. Your word or "you responsibility" is worth nothing, zero, and as some of your previous customers, I will also ensure the public is very well aware of your scamming and unscrupulous practices. As mentioned by Sonny earlier, we strongly recommend initiating the RMA procedure before your warranty expires. During the warranty period in the case of hardware problems the transportation fee is covered by Amaryllo. Testing and repair process should not entail an extensive duration. Please consider taking this step to address the issue promptly and provide us with the necessary information in order to organize the logistics and repairment.

GBHorrible Cameras Horrible Cameras! Unreliable, zero customer service, terrible technology, and oh my god the ridiculous setup and app! Run away from this brand of cameras. They don’t work. Go with Ring or Nest.
