GBI received a plastic pen I received a plastic pen. I have requested a return twice now. There has been no response and I am disappointed. Who pays $45 for a plastic pen?

GBShows order shipped about 5 days ago… Shows order shipped about 5 days ago yet still no update from the tracking number usps is still awaiting the item.....the holiday was last week not this week. I have sent two emails without a reply yet from them. So far not good at all about to report it as stolen funds.
