Sent a fraudulent product!! I ordered a specific product shown available and exactly what I needed - they sent a "new and improved" formula. I started to use, but my naturopath said it's not the same at all and I should NOT be using. I asked for a refund - they lied and said the product I wanted had been discontinued. The manufacturer said that was completely false. I have been going back and forth for months and they now claim their ability to refund a customer has been discontinued. Horrible company - they are fraudulent and no one should use them!!

As promised they did call me back after around an hour, the whole process was very professional and smooth, but just hated the waiting time.
