Great product and customer support I bought these FancyLEDs after my Govee lights failed. The new FancyLEDs are better in almost every way. The colors are are extremely vibrant and accurate. I had the misfortune of getting a bum strip, but after a few e-mail exchanges with Will at Customer Support, my new strips arrive today. I spent a really long time researching… I spent a really long time researching which was the best sync box to purchase on the market, I have been a long time fan of Philips hue and even had dream screen back in the day.
