There needs to be a better explanation… There needs to be a better explanation on when the item will arrive. It says it will ship in 2-6 business days. Does that mean the sender will start the shipping process then? When can I expect to receive my order? Also, the item was described as New. Make this a big selling point!!! Most sellers don't advertise this, because they are selling used Xbox One S. If this is new, making that a big statement is a key selling point. I just bought a "used" xbox that had cracked case, smelled like cigarettes, and was discolored everywhere. Another thing is to have a review section before the purchase is complete. Give me a UI that I can click through and make sure that I selected the right thing before I send you my money. Sorry if this is picky, hope this feedbacks helps your store! DO NOT USE TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE TRUST THIS COMPANY. They do not hold their sellers responsible for canceling your order and then reposting the item for $100’s of dollars more. They did not do there do diligence when these situations arise. They just send you out a automated email stating that they are sorry. But what exactly are they sorry for? They do nothing to help or hold there sellers accountable for fulfilling there commitments to the customers. BUYER BEWARE
