Mix & Match Monq R (Mix & Match Monq R, Zen, Sleepy, Lively, Mountain and Happy) They taste all taste burnt and the price was extortionate. The box they came in had no instructions on charging time, safety warnings, how to use it correctly, etc. The shipping information was incredibly lacking.

10/10 Helps with stressful work days and good for relaxing, love the no addictive or harmful chemicals and the fact that it's all essential oils!

Defective Product | Hostile Return Policy | Poor Customer Instructions I received a defective product. My first set of inquiries through their website were not responded to. After finding a different route, I received replies through email. For this defective product, MONQ: - Does not refund the original shipping cost, & - Requires the customer to pay for return shipping. This is an immature policy that is hostile to the customer and doesn't take ownership of their own failures. The customer pays for their failures. As a separate customer failure, and echoing another commenter, the product/package comes with no directions for usage, safety information, charging information, etc.

Really disappointed Really disappointed The R range lasted 2 days so I now have a charger and a case. I wish I had have tried the disposable ones as they seem to get better reviews but the pods for the R leak and last for literally a day with the recommended usage. Overpriced for something you can use for hardly any time They've put up the price for shipping to the UK to 20 dollars also, even though the website states they ship it from the UK. EDIT.. not worth it it says on the website that there's around 600 breaths in a monq witch means that there's less then a hour worth of breaths for $20. i think that's a little expensive. and then theres is no way to cancel your order when you bought the items. so dint buy it unless you have the money for it
