I don't think they know quality from junk. Bought two replacement batteries ("Replace Leica M8 BLI-312") from them for my Leica camera. Price appeared to be good until I got to use them. After three uses they no longer charge sufficiently for taking photos. Batteries should not be allowed on the market, for they only wind up polluting garbage dumps. Rather than fight, I will avoid this firm in the future.

Yes Received. Yes, I received the battery. Unfortunately, I screwed up on the dimensions & it doesn't fit exactly in the machine, however, I made it work. I haven't rally tested the battery to the extent of how well it performs vs my old battery yet. It is a larger battery than the original 12 V 9AH battery, so would hope it lasts longer than that battery.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND SENDS YOU TO GO GET ALL KINDS OF READINGS FROM THE BATTERY TO THEN TELL YOU WELL YOU'RE SOL, ITS OUT OF WARRANTY. AVOID AS THE PLAGUE AND GO FOR A SHOP THAT, ALBEIT A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THE CRAP THEY SELL. And in response to their comment: I am US based. I know who I bought from :D

I received the item I ordered! I received the item I ordered. The product description on the BatteryMart site was complete and led to the purchase. The battery for my discontinued Skill drill arrived ready to go. Now, my drill is alive and well again.

Ease of ordering was excellent Ease of ordering was excellent. Expe ted and actual delivery date were several days apart. Can't hold that against you since it's out of your control and is affecting everything from the mail to parcel shipping.
