I purchased the gweike laser machine I purchased the gweike laser machine. My shipment was delayed about a month and couple of weeks but I knew that while purchasing. I was so pleased to find out I received samples to practice on with my shipment and I was satisfied with the communication from 3D wholesale and DHL. Overall, I appreciated my experience and can’t wait to play with my laser machine!

I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary. They shipped the machine surprisingly fast. The issue is they did not send the additions I paid for. I only got the default sculpfun s10, no rotary, no extension, even though I paid for it. I am pretty dissatisfied. I have been trying to contact support for days. They dont answer the phone, they don’t return voicemails, they haven’t returned my email, and they haven’t returned my live chat on their website. I am not sure who is managing this operation but how does one get support around here? EDIT: from 2 stars to 5. Dave responded by email and quickly made sure to get the entirety of my order shipped out. Problem is solved and everyone is happy.
