First purchase, good results This was my first purchase from Gadget Circuit. The website was easy to use, the purchase went without problems, the product purchased was at an excellent price, shipped, and delivered as advertised. No issue with the received item. Only reason for giving them four stars is that I have only ordered from them this one time. Prefer to reserve five stars for consistent performance over multiple orders.

Open Box No Manual Not sure why this was the case, but it was my impression that I was buying a brand new Nikon SB-700, but now I'm not so sure that's what I got. When the package arrived, the Nikon box was not sealed and besides a lonely warranty slip, there was nothing else there. No manual was included. So, I kept the flash because it worked great and looked in good order, but I'm not so sure whether I received a Grey Market version of an "open" piece of gear.

I actually checked to make sure the item wasn't listed as refurbished because Gadget Circuit beat everyone's price by such a large margin. My order was filled quickly and accurately. Customer service Customer service / phone availability hours were too short. My order took two business days to process. Thus I missed my window of opportunity to use the camera I'd ordered (for a business trip). On the plus side, once I did get ahold of customer service, I was treated well, and was able to cancel my order and save the overnight shipping charges that I no longer needed.
