However, there is a site called Assure Labs which has the same contact information. Unfortunately, they promote a 100% satisfaction guarantee but when I asked for them to uphold the guarantee, the refused, denied and hung up. A total scam!!

They did agree to cancel the order and subscription in December BUT one month later they charged us again and this time they refuse to refund saying the "subscription" was not cancelled (by their own customer service person. They first offered a 75% refund but now they refuse to refund anything. We have no product and are out $129.99. Oh and they told me they HAVE NO MANAGER which I asked for.
