GBRipoff product sales for extended membership charges! Scam!! This is a total ripoff and scam which makes fraudulent claims of having celebrity sponsorship, manufactured testimonials and product claims with zero basis in support of their claims. The product sale has a hidden membership agenda which locks you into an ongoing monthly subscription for ~$130 per month. When trying to cancel the membership or obtain a refund, customer service refuses and hangs up. The company shows an address in Florida and is NOT registered to do business in Florida. There is a DE company which according to their terms of agreement is called Sweetwater Holdings Group Inc. In addition, all website they utilitze under Ignite Keto are blocked. However, there is a site called Assure Labs which has the same contact information. Unfortunately, they promote a 100% satisfaction guarantee but when I asked for them to uphold the guarantee, the refused, denied and hung up. A total scam!!

GBThis is a total SCAM My husband ordered what he thought was buy one bottle get one free for $59.99. But the next day our bank showed us being charged not only the $59.99 but also $129.99 for what they called "a subscription" which was not mentioned in their online ad. I found the phone number but the web address they used on the charge is non-existent. They did agree to cancel the order and subscription in December BUT one month later they charged us again and this time they refuse to refund saying the "subscription" was not cancelled (by their own customer service person. They first offered a 75% refund but now they refuse to refund anything. We have no product and are out $129.99. Oh and they told me they HAVE NO MANAGER which I asked for.
