CACancelled Macrostax but charged credit card I cancelled Macrostax, actually never used it, and have been charged 2 years in a row without consent. This should not be happening. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back.

GBAUTO RENEW RUFUSE TO REFUND Do not use this app. They will auto renew your subscription without your permission for more than twice what you paid and then refuse to refund your money. SCAM!!!!!!!!

GBDoes not offer refunds after… Does not offer refunds after autorenewing. We did not get a reminder or anything saying it was time to renew. Only reason I knew it did was I saw the charge go thru. Doesn't come with an app and is web based. Could be so much better but they haven't changed anything in the last year.

GBMarketing BS My wife is the fittest person that I know. She used this app to count her macros and lose the few pounds that she thought she had gained. For motivation, she entered some contest they were having and submitted her story. Her before and after pictures looked fairly the same because she doesn’t have any fat to lose as she is a marathon runner and weighs under 100# at 5’2”. She liked the app and counted her macros and was happy doing that. What ticked me off was they posted her after picture and some BS story about how she used to weigh a ton and lost all this weight thanks to Macrostax’s program. I wouldn’t have an issue with their product until they flat out lied and used my Wife’s hard work of being a competitive runner her whole life as their marketing scheme and took credit for it. And she didn’t even win the contest (which I figured she wouldn’t because she didn’t even need to be in it in the first place.) Now I’m pretty sure this company is a SCAM. Like others have said, look elsewhere for your macro requirements on the internet for free and save your hard earned money. You don’t need these clowns.

GBTotal SCAM Total SCAM! I cancelled my account and they continued to bill me for three months. I provided a copy of my cancellation and they responded that I didn’t respond to an email. NOWHERE in their policy does it say you must respond to an email. I’m still fighting for three months refund. The macro calculations are generic and not accurate. I hired a professional and my numbers were way different and I’m seeing results. Don’t waste your money !
