Not a trustworthy merchant. I recently ordered a region free DVD player from this individual which turnrd out tot be defective. Seller emailed a return form to fill out and sign, which I did and emailed back to him. He then stopped all communication and ignored me. Stay away from this person, he is totally dishonest and does not honor his own return/refund/exchange policies.

They don't reply to e-mails I tried to contact them by e-mail to ask some questions about a product in their online store before I make the purchase as the information I need to know is not listed in the website. However, I did not receive any reply until now.
