Mavic Air 3 drone there was no manual to set up the drone. The registration are in chinese cant understand

Great Place... Customer Driven Focus is a great place to buy electronics. My recent 2 purchases were great... perfect products, factory fresh, sent super fast. When my 2nd purchase, which was offered as a combo with a case, the case was the wrong size. One call to customer service and they had the right case out the next day... great customer service! I've been very happy with Focus and highly recommend them. I wish other companies took the care and interest they do in their customers.

They will ship it to you and they may cancel the delivery due to their own mistakes not caring of the customer overall satisfaction. They do not instruct the shipping carrier to ask for a signature when items are delivered. Focus camera is a company using fake advertising methods, misleading products prices or descriptions, be aware!

Receive and Return - Great I received my camera bundle within days, free shipping. I didn't like the camera because it didn't have a view finder and returned it for a full refund. All they asked, as a smaller shop, was to return it within 5 days of my requesting a refund and in re-sellable condition, which I did. LA from Chicago area
