GBI Purchased-shark zu701 vacuum I Purchased, the vacuum, and when it came, I wasn't sure if it was a refurbished item or just an open box that might've been a return. It turned out it wasn't a new item. The box was damaged and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product when I called the company, they were more than gracious to apologize And they gave me a refund of $50 which was more than I could've even asked for because I was just calling to question whether the item was new or used. All in all the service was great and I was extremely pleased with my product that I bought I love the vacuum it works great and I have no regrets , they are truly a reputable company
