GBuntrustworthy I made a purchased a tablet from Mcbub in December. After about 60 days, the power cord was stripped. I asked Mcbub for a replacement and i told i need to buy another one. So i finally did. Not once but twice, they sent me a car charger (no what i ordered). They requested that i take picture of the charger they sent and give details about their own product, as if i purchased it from some other site. I requested that if they can't send me what i ordered in a timely manner that i want a refund. They replied " i will send phone charger quickly". I was DONE. Why do i need a product that i can't use and the company can't send the correct item nor do they seem to know anything about their products (it seems). After round and round about a refund they finally said, ok. From: [email protected] CC: [email protected]; [email protected] "I'm so sorry ,if there is no problem with the tablet we can't give you the return address.you can't return back. if you really want a return ,you have to take the return shipping and we will charge you 20% of the payment. I hope you can understand. best regards sara" After receiving this email and excepting the terms, i asked that they expedite this process. I haven't heard from them since. They don't have a return address on their site. you have to get it from a Mcbub representative. Mcbub did not respond to my emails for over a month when their policy clearly states that they will respond with in 1 business day. As of today, they finally responded asking me AGAIN what's wrong with the produce after clearly responding to the email chain from March. I had to get PayPal and legal involved to get anywhere with these people. I advise you to NOT purchase from these guys. Its not worth it, regardless of how inexpensive the items are.

GBGreat company, support, and items People are so noob (stu**id) these days.. god!! anyway.. this company is a serius company, i have around 6 orders total more than 900$ spend on mcbub and yeah! all things get fine, but you know, these items are not from samsung or apple, are from wholesale companys means that not all items are awesome as it look, you should know something about A10 and MTK processors.. know what is TFT and IPS, what means screen resolution... and also know how to edit your Android build.prop when you know these things, then you can do the best buyment and get the best item... because! pleople please stop being stupid and dont say craps about companys just because you are noob and dont know what you are buying.. lol END i fully recommend mcbub, fast shipping, awesome service and good items (if you know what you are buying) XD

SEFast shipping, great service but faulty item. Please hence that this is an old review but removed due to posting proof of purchase (which isn't allowed by Trustpilot). Original date 28th of july 2011: Swift replies from customer care. Friendly staff and despite the announced shipping time of 15-30 days, my order arrived after 5 days after being processed. Yes, I do recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase from it. Update: The charger of one of the items I ordered was faulty by fabric, I informed McBub about this and the staff were eager to please as they sent me a totallyl new product (without additional charge). Now that's SERVICE!

TTSuperfast shipping and good customer service I've ordered from McBub.com several times now and I've been satisfied each time. To begin, their prices are great and the quality of their goods is fine. I know they are not Apple or Samsung so my expectations are adjusted to suit. I get what I pay for, and most times, I get better than I expect. What I love most of all is that they ship out very quickly and I receive my goods within a week. Love that!

CAFeb.20th 2013 - McBub Cust. Service is laughing at us. Choose another Chinese distributor Concerning positives experiences with McBub CSR: none so far. Invoices #1078338, #1077509 and 1076120: I have ordered (2 months ago) and still waiting for my stuff... (while the tablet is advertised "in stock" with other distributors) McBub simply ignores my numerous email attemps trying to get a simple tracking number. Also, the Chinese Holiday should not be used as an excuse from CSR since my order was placed at McBub on Jan 2nd, not Feb 15th... Oh! and I knew exactly was I was bying... I cannot comment about the products themselfs (as per Feb 20th, still waiting...) but I can confidently say that McBub-fei cheng-Customer Service/shipping and their deceptive"fake" online chatbox: McBub is laughing at customers-VERY VERY BAD MARKETING PRACTICE. Unlike McBub, I promise (not just a statement on my website) but a REAL promise in responding back to you within 1 business day...
