GBI Bought an Amazon Echo show 8 I Bought an Amazon Echo show 8. It came in great time and in great condition, Unfortunately Its not exactly what my wife and I thought it would be for reasons i care not to get into. NOW I've been trying to return it and get NO response from them at all. I've called three times and e-mailed three times and still NO response at all...VERY FRUSTRATED!!

GBHappy Customer. Price Whack carried the item I was looking for at about $50 than other stores, including Amazon. Item was shipped quickly and arrived in 2 days, with free shipping. Item is brand new in unopened box, exactly as promised. I was a bit reluctant at first to deal with them but after reading the reviews online I got confidence and I was not disappointed. I strongly recommend Price Whack.

GB2-Day Shipping is a Lie I only ordered with them because they offered 2-Day shipping and I had a time sensitive order. So I order. The next day I get a shipping email. It says they sent it USPS First Class. Not 2-Day. So I email them back immediately. No response. So the next day I call. No one answers their "customer service" line. So I call their "sales" line, finally someone answers. Funny, I guess when it's time for sales people are suddenly available. I talk to a lady who says they'll look into it. Hours later I finally get a response that their system messed up. Apparently because I had a number in the second line of my address, their system assumed it should be sent it to a PO Box and changed the order to use the wrong shipping service, at the wrong speed, to the wrong address. And since they sent it USPS there's no way to stop the shipment and resend it. So I won't get it until the next week. For all this they offer a $10 credit off a future order. I don't want money from them. I just want my order-- it's an ereader and I have a medical procedure I have to go through this weekend and will only be able to use one hand and I just wanted to be able to read to distract myself. They say the only thing I can do is pay them more money to order a second one and then maybe they'll get it to me on time. He says they used to send out replacement orders but now they don't because some people were dishonest. IMO they're the dishonest ones here.
