I'd definitely recommend calling if you have any concerns about what you're buying. Since I'm located in NY, I was actually able to pick up my item directly from the warehouse. Honestly, the experience was great. (NAME) personally greeted me at the door, walked me to my TV and set it up to make sure everything worked properly before taking it home. He even helped load it into my car. Overall, I had a great experience and ended up with exactly what I wanted at a significantly discounted price. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Great service. Just received my 4K UHD Samsung when I noticed Best Buy had a big weekend Super Bowl sale on the same tv for less than I had paid. I called Nice Electronics customer service and they immediately credited the difference to match Best Buy. Wow, needless to say, I will definitely buy from Nice Electronics again.

This business has several names and they sell on amazon. Do not use them as they are dishonest and, apparently do not give a whoot about their reputation...
