GBCoolpo Tools The tools program did not work at first, particularly the cusomization part. Customer service explained that we needed to exit automode. As a first time user, everything was working great. When my colleague learned about coolpotools, things changed! We thought it was great already as is. We were able to somewhat control the annoying thing it does where it searches for people at random seemingly. Great thing coolpotools!

GBSimply the Best I am in the retail business, and I manage a store in one of the busiest malls in the city. I can't tell you how many video conferencing cameras I have tested over the years, but Coolpo is definitely my favorite. It's reliable, has good aftersales service, and is secure. The quality is also much better than most other business webcams out there.

GBGood product update Improve for taller meeting participants First I want to say, this is a great idea, and it has been a worthwhile purchase. But even for local video recording (not using any video conferencing platform), the picture quality is quite basic. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if it was smart enough to look a little higher for tall people. The other thing I don't like is the short cord. I will be purchasing a longer cord for this
