I had an amazing customer service rep… I had an amazing customer service rep named Jessica who answered all of my questions with completion concerning my purchase. When I requested to chat, she was there right away, which I have not always experienced elsewhere. She reassured me of the details of my product and invited me to contact her again anytime if I needed anything else. The delivery of my item was a couple of days later than the estimated delivery times on the website, likely due to the Covid issues that most businesses have been experiencing, but my overall satisfaction couldn’t be better. Superior customer service, I’ll shop Cheapnotic again for my future needs!

Better read the fine print Better read the fine print! They had comforters on sale for $59 and It arrived a duvet with no filling! Just a sheet with a zipper pretty much for $65 with tax plus shipping. It was thin and a complete rip-off. the ad said comforter set 3-piece set a comforter with two pillow cases and it was not a comforter it didn't say anything about a duvet and having to buy filling and they don't even sell filling on the website so definitely watch what you buy because it's pretty much a ripoff and it took like a month to arrive! The other 2 items were very cheap made as well. It's way worse than wish and cost way more.
