GB4 Excellent quality phones in less than a year This is my fourth purchase from Gio at Cell Brokers only because of quality products and excellent customer service. I originally purchased a Note 9 in July of 2019, two Iphone 7 pluses for my daughters in December, and just upgraded my Note 9 to an Iphone XS Max. Cell Brokers even offers the opportunity to put your items on layaway if need be. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent Customer Service and Quality Products. Gio I told you I'd be back for my XS MAX, and I be seeing you in a couple of months to update my husbands's phone.

GBThe overall experience was good The overall experience was good, more communication would have been nice. The device arrived as expected, works great. There was no charger and I went out and purchased on, then the next day a charger was delivered. Overall it was a good experience and I order and do additional business with them.

GBIn the beginning everything was fine… In the beginning everything was fine with the customer service and the product. Just out of 90 days I started having an issue with my product I contacted the representative that I always spoke to and days later I get a response. Finally dropped off my product to the store that I was told to drop it off to and that was on October 2 are inquired about it on October 6 and there was no response until late October 8 asking me did I leave the charger then there was nothing else Until I asked again on 10/18 and was told that they ordered a charger and was waiting on it instead of reaching out to me when I can send my charger which I did on 10/20. There was no communication until the following tuesday when I reached out And was told they would check on it and get back to me. Of course days later still no response until my attitude changed and was told that I would have to pay almost 500$ to get it fixed when I paid right at $300 for it in The beginning. So you tell me what makes sense??!! I will not do any business any longer and ALL of the people I sent to them won’t either! I HAVE THE RECEIPTS!
