Beyond expectations. The duvet cover set is beautiful and 100% cotton as the description stated; however, at the price I paid, I thought I would be disappointed and it would be microfiber. I paid $19. The exact same designer set at a local big name store sells for between $100 - $150. I am so pleased that this is the first time I have ever written a review at 60 years old.

Poorly Constructed and Managed Online Site First my order never arrived and Renewgoo said it USPS fault and that it was on me to resolve the issue. After multiple attempts with no resolution, Renewgoo offered a gift card. I ordered five item online (all claiming to be in stock) only to have the order cancelled because the items were either damages or unavailable. I ordered three other items and again, the order was cancelled. Renewgoo then told me that only 35 of the 1000+ items online were able to be ordered. Never again.

I am very saddened by how the store is… I am very saddened by how the store is closing in my area. I really loved this store I would have liked if it could have remained opened. However, thank you for the opportunity of being a customer.

I wish I had gone to this store sooner! I had an opportunity to visit this store and wish I had gone to visit much sooner! The deals were amazing and the inventory was massive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am definitely going back again and again!

I was a little disappointed in the item… I was a little disappointed in the item that I ordered because it said it was new open box but what it was a used returned item and it was scratched on the top and it had a broken plastic piece. Now I am going to keep it even with it's faults, because the reason why I ordered it was it's something that's discontinued and I was trying to match a set and I cannot get them anywhere else so I will just fix up the one I got. The order itself though was a breeze and came in a timely manner and well packaged.
