GBCommunication Breakdown Purchased an item online on January 1. Received a confirmation email of my order same day. I expected it to arrive in 2-4 weeks. I needed it by the middle of this month (February). Six weeks went by and no communication from them since January 1. I called Customer Service today. Employee was very nice and helpful. My item has not been in stock since the time of my order and there was no indication in Customer Service as to when, or IF, the item would be restocked. I think a courtesy email on January 1 or 2 to let me know the item was out of stock and subsequent updates would have been standard for any retail company. (I was able to find a similar item elsewhere and it will arrive tomorrow, well in time for my business trip.) I asked for a refund and she said she'd put in a request. First time doing business with this company and last time doing business with this company. When I'm spending my money, effective communication is my number one expectation regarding customer service and you guys dropped the ball on that one. Your overall review rate is good so perhaps this was a one-time glitch.

GBExcellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.

GBFantastic customer service Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional. My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼. Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful. They responded to my requests immediately, were very customer-driven, friendly and professional. Full marks!

GBMy experience was the best possible… My experience was the best possible experience. This company is the best ever. They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. So if your looking for a great deal check him our. P s.. Great experience!!

GBPoor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.
