GBI don’t know if the guy who helped me… I don’t know if the guy who helped me will receive this but if he does then thank you because I ordered an HP monitor that was refurbished and even though my order was not able to be fulfilled he called me and then filled it with a manufacturer Drop shipment I definitely appreciated him reaching out. I got my monitor and it matches my old one and now my desktop looks fantastic. I wasn’t just looking for it to look fantastic for me I was making sure it looked fantastic for my clients too. thank you

GBI ordered a refurbished HP monitor… I ordered a refurbished HP monitor which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the monitor was damaged so I started an exchange request. I was contacted by phone within hours of my request and not only did 313 Tech help with the return but they were able to sell me a brand new model within my budget. They definitely take care of their customers and will do business with them again.

GBBest customer service by far! Best customer service by far!! I bought a monitor, tracking didn’t show movement for a couple days, I emailed 313 Customer Support and literally minutes later got an email back and text message from 313 ready to help! In what world does that happen? Needless to say, I highly recommend.
