I cancelled before my free trial was done and deleted the app. THEN I got charged for a full year of the app. For 89.59 Canadian. Even though they had a sale price of 39.00 for the year going on at the time and is still going on a month later. That happened on December 11 and it’s now end of Jan and I’ve emailed them 17 times and HAVE NOT GOTTEN A SINGLE RESPONSE BACK. I’m SO SO ANGRY ive been ignored for almost two months. That money was my kids diaper money and I feel ripped off BIG TIME. GEIST EMPLOYEES/ PERSONELLE, EMAIL ME BACK ASAP
