We have used these head set radios in… We have used these head set radios in our grocery store for a number of years and really like them. Our warehouse isn't attached to the store but distance isn't an issue with these. You can still plainly communicate from a couple hundred feet away. The only thing that's gone bad with a few was the wire connecting to the ear piece. It seems to wear through faster there but we had good service when we needed to replace that specific piece of wiring. I would highly recommend these. Our local Ace Hardware uses these and recommended them to us.

Since you could get any items online from multiple businesses for about the same prices nowadays, what separates a good business from others is their customer service! TechWholesale.com will reply to your questions right away, and solve any issues you have. These radios are awesome These radios are awesome. I bought the DLR1020 in a lot for our nursing staff to use and they are really handy. We are able to get assistance from a nurse or any other employee very quickly. We are in a concrete block building, built by the military and the signal is crystal clear. I can stand on one side of the property and call another person from 200 yards away and it sounds like they are standing right next to me... AWESOME!
