One was down for a week, before an explanation was given, now been another week with no updates. Zero response this month to the invoice for a hosted miner that had downtime, but wasn't credited. Communication needs to be better.

I have a medium sized mining farm and I sometimes question whether I should have just gone split shares with Mining Syndicate from the outset.
