very good experience with Daniel very good experience with Daniel. the radio showed up exactly when expected and in great condition. the radio needed warranty work after i received it ( NOT THE CB SHOPS FAULT) and Daniel was very kind and quick to help me get the numbers i needed in order for it to be fixed. highly recommended.

needs to update site more often Ordered a base antenna paid over $200 got invoice in my email then wouldn't you know it I got an email next day telling me my order was cancelled because antenna I ordered was recalled. They need to update site more often that recall was done a while ago so those antennas should not have been on there for sale if they weren't fixed

Very prompt, and tenative service! Will definitely be a repeat customer. Daniel was more than happy to talk to me in detail about his radios, and why he had more to offer than the competition. Walked me through the difference between analog, and digital. Went above and beyond to give us many different options to choose from for our company. Total turn around time from sending him one of our radios (for programming reasons) to getting the new complete set back was about a week or a few days less. hard to contact i bought several items from dan. i now need service on a radio and i have tried and tried to get a hold of the company and no one ever calls me back and i am deeply dissapointed.
