I needed some help identifying an order without an order number i called customer service on the website quickly put my in touch with a representative that helped me solve my problem within minutes. I have seen many other stores online… I have seen many other stores online that are selling phones but they have always been the most reliable merchant I have ever dealt with. Customer service is always on top and shipping has always arrived as expected together with the product. Y'all are awesome!

phone is okay but Shipping/Delays ruined everything phone is okay, price was okay, BUT DONT PAY OR ADD OR EXPECT ANY SHIPPING SPEED AT ALL!! this is not Amazon, I added almost 30 dollars! for USPS 2-Day [(USPS 2-Day):$29.16]- this was basically a total waste - order was December 6th Tuesday - did not arrive until 'Saturday' - and Saturday was no delivery so didn't receive until Monday- it took 6 days and I added 30$!!

An absolute favorite of a phone… An absolute favorite of a phone retailer. I have purchased my second phone now from them and I have to admit they keep making me smile from their generous service and brand new products. Shipping is on time and everything else about them has been spectacular.
