The SOLID Is The Best Shilajit I Have Found! I have tried two other Shilajits, one a patented powder called Longvida, and another a resin that had to be imported from Pakistan. The Pure Himalayan SOLID is considerable more potent and energizing than the others. I have tried virtually every Nootropic out there and this was easily the most surprising. The energizing and focusing affects were acute and profound. Somehow I also sleep much better in the evening when its acute effects have worn off.
