The Shilajit filing system cleanser.............. It seems to take a while to notice Shilajit at work but when it does, WOW! Think of it as a filing system being used to clean all the unwanted junk accumulating in your body. It begins working in one area before branching off to the cleansing of yet another fragmented area. Slowly as time progressed, I have begun to see more areas of positive improvement. The first noticeable effect was a better, restful, sleep pattern which was a great place to start as far as I was concerned.
