Going above and beyond There was a miscommunication regarding the online price and the total price once in the store. Abe and Drew went above and beyond in reaching a compromise, and even threw in a free garbage disposal without me even asking about it. Tremendous customer service.

Mark's Appliance staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Mark's Appliance staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a new washer/dryer set. They showed us their different options and thoroughly explained the differences between models. They were friendly and made our overall experience great.

I worked with Jerry and he was great at… I worked with Jerry and he was great at providing me the information on the dish washers I was looking at. I had a another purchase from Marks about 7-8 years ago and had a warranty issue. Its a long story but the appliance was out or warranty and Mark step up and took care of the repair no questions asked. I told him that he didn't have to do it, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. I will always purchase my appliances from Mark's and recommend his company to any one that is looking.

We needed an electric range fast We needed an electric range fast. Ours had stopped working about a month ago, and the service tech said it would be costly to repair. After finding a new one we liked, Abe told us the only one in stock was the floor model, and it could take weeks to get one. Abe spoke with the Manager, and they allowed us to buy the floor model (which isn’t something they do on a current model unit.) Abe went above and beyond to see that we got our new range today! Can’t find that kind of service these days. We will be back for our future needs. You’ve earned lifelong customers with us!
