Mike helped me weigh the pros and cons of both brands and assisted with evaluating the particular models. Slyman's price was the best I could find on the KitchenAid model that I selected. Mike quickly looked up the availability date, which was a few weeks out due to limitations caused by the pandemic. I later received a phone call moving the date up, which worked even better.
