Excellent Customer Service One of the hinges broke on my computer while I was opening it one day so I brought it in for a diagnosis to determine the best way to repair it. While diagnosing the computer, the technician cracked the screen. Obviously I was upset as I use this computer primarily for business purposes. Tyler took the ropes handled the situation with great care professionalism. He was able to contact the manufacturer and get me a replacement computer and have me back up and running in a matter of only a few weeks! Very satisfied customer.
