Super smooth transaction I had originally sent my Samsung phone to IWM for a higher sales price, but they screwed up and told me my phone was a different model, it's battery was shot and they would only give me a small fraction of the original quoted price. Big disappointment Big disappointment. Sent a phone in pristine condition, they claim it's got issues and offer less than half the original price or they'll send it back. What are you going to do? Take the weak offer and move on. Sorry, can't recommend.
