I had a glitch related to shipping because of an issue with the US Postal system and 1GuyGadget customer service got back to me right away to iron things out. Plus, as a bonus, their customer service people were kind and ... human - a rarity these days. Completely professional, easy to understand instructions for shipping, best price - and as soon as they got my item, quick payment turnaround. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to others!

I had to call when there was a minor glitch on completing the information to return my phone , but their IT people corrected it within hours and I received a call back. Just follow directions and sent my phone with pre-paid postage. Received emails Re progress and then my check.

GBEasy to work with & good experience 1guygadget was easy to work with and treated me fairly. I traded in an iPhone that was in worse condition than I had thought. They explained the condition problems to me, and sent helpful photos and videos. They listened to my responses and sent payment immediately, once we came to an agreement. I would definitely trade in with them again!

GBThe process all went smoothly I had an iPhone 8+ to sell after upgrading to a newer iPhone. I did my research and narrowed down potential buyers to 3 companies. I chose 1GuyGadget as they seemed to offer the best price, but also were very transparent about the process and had great ratings already. The process of receiving clear instructions, printing a label, being able to take it to the P.O. and not have to pay shipping, receiving their confirmation of receipt, then receiving notice that they would pay, and finally receiving payment, all went smoothly and in a very reasonable time frame. I am quite impressed and would use 1GuyGadget again.

GBSelling an old phone I sent my old Xfinity Mobile phone to them for cash, and it was maybe just about a week total from when I submitted the claim and got paid, via Zelle. I didn't know that Xfinity locks their SIM cards, and they emailed me on the steps I needed to follow to get it unlocked. They were so helpful and I would not only recommend them, but I would go back again!!
