When they damage/disable the volume up function on your iPhone, during a $350 screen replacement/repair, they'll say it was an existing problem (wasn't) and only after explaining and asking to fix the new issue, that they created, the unprofessionals there will offer to split a $500 repair with you. No thanks. TechMonk, If you're willing to 'split' the cost of a repair, you're admitting fault. There isn't anything professional about damaging client's property and wanting the client to pay for your technician's mistake. First time customer. Last time customer.

GBI placed my order well over 2 weeks ago… I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago and you guys still have yet to ship out my item. I got no response from the auto bot. But someone reached out to me with options because the item I purchased was damaged. I agreed to wait the 2 days for them to contact the vendor to ship, but I have yet to receive a response or an update and the item has yet to ship. My fed ex tracking number still says that only the label was created.

GBI took my phone in because it was buzzing I took my phone in because it was making a vibrating sound. They were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it for me and very little time. I am extremely pleased. I have worked with them before and they done a super job every time.

GBGreat company to buy from.. Fantastic support I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.

GBNever returned my iPad Never returned my iPad , had me turn off location on it to work on it and store closed down and 1000$ 1 year old iPad is gone. Now I’ve gotten identity theft happening on my daughters acct No officer can even find a connection to get me help. Ridiculous
