Customers beware Customers beware. Horrible. When they damage/disable the volume up function on your iPhone, during a $350 screen replacement/repair, they'll say it was an existing problem (wasn't) and only after explaining and asking to fix the new issue, that they created, the unprofessionals there will offer to split a $500 repair with you. No thanks. TechMonk, If you're willing to 'split' the cost of a repair, you're admitting fault. There isn't anything professional about damaging client's property and wanting the client to pay for your technician's mistake. First time customer. Last time customer.

I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago… I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago and you guys still have yet to ship out my item. I got no response from the auto bot. But someone reached out to me with options because the item I purchased was damaged. I agreed to wait the 2 days for them to contact the vendor to ship, but I have yet to receive a response or an update and the item has yet to ship. My fed ex tracking number still says that only the label was created.

I took my phone in because it was buzzing I took my phone in because it was making a vibrating sound. They were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it for me and very little time. I am extremely pleased. I have worked with them before and they done a super job every time.

Great company to buy from.. Fantastic support I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.

Never returned my iPad Never returned my iPad , had me turn off location on it to work on it and store closed down and 1000$ 1 year old iPad is gone. Now I’ve gotten identity theft happening on my daughters acct No officer can even find a connection to get me help. Ridiculous
