GBCompany sent payment wrong person even… Company sent payment wrong person even though they were notified of mistake of wrong number given. Payment had not been processed I was given false information and product was taken from me and never got money.

GBcould be better does not give appropriate amount of money for devices that aren’t old and are in pristine condition. the machine could make more money if the prices weren’t jacked up. gave a 2021 ipad with no dents/scratches, turned on completely and i only purchased it 2 months ago myself and they wanted to give me $70 for it? crazy.

GBEverything was made easy Everything was made easy. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because I do feel a phone like the one I turned in should've been worth just a little more. But the experience was definitely made for anyone to be able to follow

GBTried EcoATM and it was terrible… Tried EcoATM and it was a terrible experience. We went to 4 different kiosks in our city and none of them were working properly. They were either out-of-order or didn't have the right cable to connect or cables were broken. Called customer service and they said they'd send a report. Had to go elsewhere to sell my device and I got a better price.
