GBBroken part on arrival I ordered a dry blower which arrived damaged, with a broken mounting foot. The housing was plastic and poorly packaged. The company refused to replace or refund the broken part even though it was under their 30 day refund policy period.

GBThe dryer door latch broke Wednesday… The dryer door latch broke Wednesday before Thanksgiving while I was at work my girlfriend call me up and told me about it before she and the kids had to go visit her mother. I took a look at the problem when I got home , and ordered on Thanksgiving. I got the latch on Monday . Problem fixed just had deal with one weekend to use masking tape to keep the door close. Fast shipping

GBTrickle shipping with many tracking… Trickle shipping with many tracking numbers was really annoying. I have contacted regarding the credit I should be receiving on parts I did not receive and I got no response. My issues and my refund/credit is still unresolved.

GBI recently ordered replacement upper &… I recently ordered replacement upper & lower racks for my GE dishwasher. The original racks are no longer manufactured but PartsIPS directed me to the correct replacement parts. The on-line chat answered all of my questions in seconds. The parts arrived 3-4 days early & complete with wheels & silverware rack as advertised. Both racks fit perfectly & are actually a better design than the originals which had begun to rust. They were genuine GE parts.

GBI ordered a part 3 days ago from… I ordered a part 3 days ago from Partsips. After ordering and not receiving an email notification, I did a review search for Partsips. The reviews, in most cases, were not very good. Yesterday, I called the company and spoke to a gentleman. He informed me that my item had been shipped. Today I received the item. The price was the best and delivery was extremely fast. I would highly recommend the company.
