GBOverall after buying two of the Hey… Overall after buying two of the Hey Abby boxes I would say the app is horrible. Not user friendly at all. Plus I had an auto seed my first try. I did exactly what the app said trimmed it when I was supposed to. Well, apparently you’re not supposed to trim auto seeds so after 13 weeks and a nice looking plant I had to cut it down because I guess I put too much shock, but I followed that App. So if I was at my overall experience, it would be less than a two.

GBNot sure about these… Not sure if this is cheap Chinese crap or it’s ok. Don’t like some reviews missing parts, things never arriving and customer service no help. I think I’ll look around. I think I’m leaning towards vgrow.

GBNo internet No problem Past weekend no internet but Hey Abby customer support got me through with no adverse conditions. Support team answered every query, NEVER felt alone. This system has given me great results in the past and I expect nothing less looking ahead. Best purchase ever!

GBFor me the hey Abby grow box has been… For me the hey Abby grow box has been an incredible experience. I can’t put into words the satisfaction of growing my own product from seed to finished product. It’s extremely simple, but you do have to put some time into learning the process, which for me was part of the enjoyment. But for me the best part of this whole experience has been the customer support. I have never waited longer than 24 hours for a response, some being within minutes. They have helped me with a few rookie mistakes and made my overall experience wonderful. I will soon be setting up another Hey Abby once I decide which one I want. I couldn’t be happier and HIGHly recommend.
