GBOutstanding old-fashioned service Outstanding! I am not a professional online purchaser. My wife takes care of that stuff. But this one I did and my experience was excellent. Ordering was simple, fast, and very efficient. I received emails daily confirming my purchase and expected delivery dates. Delivery was prompt and both boxes arrived without a crease or dirt on the boxes. I unpacked everything and all parts were there in factory fresh condition. I am very impressed with The Range Hood Store and the high standards of service their employees demonstrated to us.

GBDON'T MAKE ANY ERRORS- updated I had an initial hiccup with the company. After a complaint, from me, the company’s “Sales Team” reached out and offered to refund or exchange my product. I will say, I am impressed with the level of service I have received from the “Sales Team”. I will not say much about the customer service experience. First company in a long time that I've been able to reach someone on the phone immediately. Shipping was also fast and they used a reputable shipping company, FedEx; not some cheap no name shipper.

GBI would use this company again. The order and delivery were easy and timely. The product was exactly what we wanted and at a great price. the shipping company did not follow the directions on the box and we had a ding in a fan housing. This is not visible, luckily.
