Not great. Ordering was easy, but the packaging was too big. It doubled the price. Further, the overkill packaging didn’t protect the gasket. There are creases in the corners that will probably ruin the integrity of the gasket. I contacted the company two days ago, and they haven’t responded.

Great service! The part I needed was in stock and two days later, it was on my doorstep! Local supplier wanted $300.00 more and at least two more weeks for delivery. Very happy with this experience!
