CAI had ordered a small wireless foldable… I had ordered a small wireless foldable fan off of Amazon. Within a few weeks the fan broke. I contacted primevolve customer support. They responded very quickly. I was emailing with Nora Chau. She responded back fast and was pleasant to communicate with. I had send some proof such as photos that fan broken. I was given a refund of 40% or have a new fan shipped. I chose the the new fan. I didn't have to return the old one. Was notified when the fan had been sent out. Overall this was one of my better experiences dealing with a company. Plus the I love the fan, great for my apartment.

GBthe Heater worked exactly two weeks and… the Heater worked exactly two weeks and stopped dead and hasn't worked since! I have tried everything an no success getting it working. I have tried to reach the company several times and without being able to reach anyone.I need to return this item for replacement ASAP!
