GBAwesome watch, great customer service! My babies love their watches! I love they have the freedom to text and call friends and family that I approve through the APP. It also gives me peace of mind to be able to track them when they are away from me, especially with them now riding the bus from school in afternoons. An added bonus is the customer service. Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager, not only responded to my issue quickly but made me feel valued as a customer. I did days of research and comparing kids smart watches before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!

GBThe TickTalk watch and service is great The TickTalk watch is great, as we now feel comfortable letting our son ride around the neighborhood without us and we always know where he is and can reach him if needed. It’s been very reliable! Unfortunately, it was almost destroyed by a dog at a friend’s house. Thankfully, Tiffany Adams in the customer service department has been very helpful and efficient in helping us get a replacement. We’ve had no problems with the watch or the company. Thank you!

GBWatch not best fit for special needs kids I bought this watch for my son who has some special needs based on online reviews. however the watches unit it’s quite heavy and bulky and the strap is not easy for for my son to strap on his own the single color strap makes it hard for him to see where it goes into the holes. Also the camera location is a bit inconvenient he’s not able to take photographs and it does not have a flash function.

GBgreat watch for kids watch signal and gps functions are stable, no build-in game for kids, very convenient to use. Customer service is super good. We had a couple of issues with watch band and charging cables, and customer service has been always very helpful. Already recommended to several friends with primary school kids.

The peace of mind to know where he is with the ability to track him when he is away from home; the ability to listen in on him and the ability for him to contact only family and friends that are approved; the ability to set up the fire wall to stop unwanted calls. He loves wearing it, and telling friends that he has a watch phone. The extra bonus with the TickTalk4 watch is the customer service. He recently broke the watch band, we contacted customer service, Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager responded quickly and immediately offered solutions to our problem.
