I ordered several KS0 units, they arrived earlier than expected and with zero issues or hassles! Highly recommended, they were also fast to respond via the online chat!

Bitmain 9.4TH Hello, thank you very much for 9.4TH, it finally arrived. Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly. James and the staff were super… James and the staff were super accommodating. They went above and beyond for a guy in my situation who is just trying to scrape together all the money and credit card limits I could to get a miner. It was an arduous process. They even stuck with me when I thought I might have been getting charged an unfairly high price. So, very good ambassadors of the crypto community for someone new to ASIC mining. It worked out just fantastic in the end. I'm waiting on a refinance to come through and hope I can buy more. If it comes through I will buy the next time with just a few clicks and not take up so much of their time. If I could give any constructive feedback it would be to have an option to split cards more like eBay does it, where the user can select the amount from the one card and process it. Also, the price on the website for the miner was not up to date, so maybe a little disclaimer in red that says something like, 'Item price is the best estimate and subject to supply and demand constraints. Though, Vipera does offer competitive pricing compared to other mining sellers'. But, I know how challenging full stack Web Development is.

Everything went well Everything went well, the only thing I would like to point out is that the order arrived from a sender in Hong Kong and therefore I didn't understand it came from viperatech. I had to trust and pay the customs duties, if I hadn't done so I would have lost the package.
