Super Fast and Honest Service I went online to receive a quote for an iPad Air 4. The quote was the best of several I received. I also got a bonus offer making it irresistible. I received my shipping label via email, packed it up and sent it off. In several days I was notified that the inspection was complete and matched my description and that a deposit would be made by that evening. Highest buy back value with a personal touch… They are the best in buy back value when compared multiple other companies. In my case by mistake I sent out locked phone and when I wanted the phone back to unlock it they sent the phone back free of cost. I really liked the way they are doing business.

Not only was there upfront quote more than I anticipated but the actual amount that was deposited into my checking account was significantly more than I expected! Who does that in today’s day and age…….NOBODY They followed up with a sincere customer service letter and have been very very easy to communicate with. I’m usually very Leary of these types of companies but this time around for me personally was an exception to my rule!

I was quoted $350 for my two iPhones I was quoted $350 for my two iPhones. The submission process was easy however Buyback Boss lowered my offer to $112 total, claiming battery issues with both phones and a cracked lens on one. I never had any issues with the phones. I declined their offer and they raised it to $185. I declined again and they raised it to $199. I again declined and they returned the phones. I subsequently traded them into Apple and they paid me the full quoted price of $375. The company was very responsive and quickly returned my phones so I’m giving them 3 stars despite not using them.

Total sham, in my opinion not a reputable company Total sham, I would stay away. Did not honor online price. After I sent the iPhone 14 Pro was contacted and offered $352 instead of the quoted price $607. I was told there were "heavy" scratches on the phone. The phone has never been used without a case. I produced pictures of the phone before it was sent in and the online quote for the $607. More excuses were emailed and they kept trying to negotiate on the price. Regardless, I had no faith in them and requested the phone be returned. Finally, after weeks the phone was returned but without the original box and accessories. Horrible experience and I would not trust them.
