Faulty capsules or poor quality batch purchased 1000 empty 000 capsules.I wanted a change of supplier what a big mistake.Of the 1000 capsules over 300 failed.I wanted to make sure it was not my equipment at fault so ordered 1000 from my old supplier i filled 400 today NO failures.I rest my case

I bought size 0 Capsuline capsules from Amazon I bought size 0 capsules from Amazon. I've been buying these for years. I got a bag of 1000 that were old, cracked easily and had mis shaped mouths that would not work when loading. I contacted customer service and never heard back. I ordered a second bag from Amazon and found the same problems. I had to get a refund from Amazon since customer service does not exist at Capsuline. Never will buy or promote this company again.

BS CANCELLATION STORY NO REFUND I ordered 200 capsules and my order was cancelled 2 days. They never gave me a refund even though they said they have. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I've had an orinary experince with… I've had an orinary experince with Capsuline. Their services are simple to use and pretty much avergae. My package arived in reasonable amount of tyme and customer servic is adaquate. I like their selection of prodects, but cud use more variety. It's fairly eaze to find right fundtionality so I have no problems with navigating their site. All in all, Capsuline offers average servic and products at fair prices.
