Great American service The buying process is straightforward, the prices are competitive, and the shipping is decently fast. One thing that I wish was different was the shipping price. I believe they must have a contract with UPS which doesn't allow them to ship with any other company. If they were able to ship with USPS, the shipping prices would be much more reasonable. I also believe that shipping with USPS would have been faster for a cheaper price.

A mixed bag The products and service are great, but I was very frustrated as a dealer that there is no option to register for a dealer account unless you spend $5,000 in one order. I spent over $5,000 over the course of several weeks, (and will spend more) but couldn't order everything at once as my customer was getting his fleet vehicles a few at a time and we didn't know what parts we needed for them in advance of getting them into the shop. I understand policy, I just think this is a bad one as it requires my customer to either wait until all his vehicles arrive to start installations or to pay more for the products I am installing for them.

Original order I messed up by only… Original order I messed up by only buying one mounting bracket. I purchased a second bracket this month and it was wrong even though the part number was correct. After driving 2 hours to your store it was determined the incorrect part was incorrectly packaged. Kudos to the agent who helped in figuring out this dilemma. I have had no issues with Strobes N’… I have had no issues with Strobes N’ More products and I have yet to have a bad experience when purchasing the products online.
