Is simple my radios got lost and now… Is simple my radios got lost and now they are not even answering my phone calls to see when I will get them sent again or to find out who drop the ball if UPS or them. They already took the money from my account so I don't have my equipment but already paying for service

New radio, New gear I bought a new radio, so I needed some new accessories. The remote ear piece is something I haven't tried before, I like it. The sound travelling through the tube reduces the harsh high's, so that it is pleasant to use. I will likely get ones for my other radios. The speaker mic is made well, I don't think it is particularly special, but it does seem to be solid enough to last for some time, and all of these at a reasonable price! I will certainly return here for more gear as I have a need for it.

Second to non customer service I am in wholesale business and deal with customer service/customer support on a daily basis. My experiences with Cody at Two Way Radio Gear is second to none. His responses are timely, my orders are filled promptly, and he goes above and beyond when there is warranty work involved. I would hire him in an instant.
