Every email I’ve exchanged has been personal, knowledgeable, and supportive. They live and breath for their products and are always willing to go the extra mile.

I was very pleased... I was very pleased to not only find materials that have proven quite difficult to obtain, but I was also linked to a video online explaining how to assemble them which helped greatly. Their website had very clear explanations of what colors were available for purchase, and had images instead of descriptions (which would have been useless). The website and service, combined together, offered everything a customer would desire. I would rate Throwlights to anybody who wishes to purchase strobe equipment.
